- Check‐in and routing of periodicals issues (hardcopies and electronic versions);
- Prepare and distribute internally on a daily basis Brazilian capital markets legislation briefings;
- Prepare and distribute internally on a weekly basis the Magazine Summaries;
- Catalog and input new items in the Business Information system and periodically review for missing information;
- Monitor capital markets rankings, awards and surveys releases to inform Business Information users and update the file collection as needed.
Pré-requisitos: - Students of Library;
- Graduation date from July 2017 or further;
- Advanced English;
- Solid MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Teamwork, hands on, results oriented and good communication and interpersonal skills.
